Hi there,
I started reading book when I was living in Sydney in late 2007/early 08 and it had a cover like Black Grape's 'it's great when you're straight" except the pop art cover was of a woman. I seem to remember the book being green.
It had clippings in it from female journalists for the NME and other publications and detailed stories about the Manic Street Preachers, Blur, Oasis, Bjork, Tricky, etc. I loved it, but never got to finish it before I lost it. And I can't remember the name. I bought it at Berkelouw Books in Paddington/Sydney.
Has anyone seen this book? I do remember the title is some play on words using female...like 'In Her Own Words' or something like that...
