The Blur documentary No Distance Left To Run has been nominated for Best Long Form Music Video in the Grammy Awards. The situation is unique, because this is the first time Blur are up for a Grammy Award. The competition will be tough though; other nominees in the same category include The Doors, Arif Mardin, Rush and The White Stripes. A bit less surprisingly, Gorillaz are nominated for two awards with "Orchestral Intro" (Best Pop Instrumental Performance) and "Stylo" (Best Short Form Music Video). The 53rd Annual Grammy Awards will take place in Los Angeles on 13th February 2011. source

OMG SO WEIRD/POSSIBLY EXCITING? Even though the Grammys grow trashier and more shite every year... idk whether I want them to win a somehow still prestigious award or if it's better if it remains a nomination.
